Lacrosse is more than just a game. For Indigenous peoples, it represents our cultural legacy, a tradition that was given to us by our Creator.
The 2028 Olympics will feature lacrosse as an official medaled event for the first time since 1908. Our dream is for the Iroquois Nationals team to take part in this opportunity to play traditional lacrosse on the world stage.
The Board of Directors of the Iroquois Nationals Development Group has put in years of work and sacrifice to sustain traditional lacrosse for Haudenosaunee and Indigenous players, preserving and promoting our culture as we share our game with the world.
